**About the Role**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable individual to join our leasing operations team as a **Host Management Assistant (HMA)**. This position is ideal for someone familiar with the Sydney rental process, who enjoys both office and on-site work, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine property inspections, pre-inspections, and exit checks
- Assist with tenant move-ins/outs and key handovers
- Photograph and video properties, upload media to internal platforms, and ensure image quality standards
- Accurately label photos with full address, layout, orientation, and floor level
- Organize and prepare properties for viewings (lighting, curtains, staging, etc.)
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings (open and private), communicate with tenants and the sales team
- Perform offline rent collection when required and update work orders
- Liaise with building management, tenants, and agents for key retrieval or return

**Requirements**:

- Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (Mandarin proficiency preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable with local travel within Sydney and flexible working conditions
- Basic knowledge of real estate and tenancy procedures is an advantage
- Ability to take quality photographs and operate basic mobile tools
