**Company Description**: The Head of Festivals will lead the local strategy and implementation of initiatives that grow Red Bull's availability, presence, and brand to increase relevance and grow consumption across festivals and events. Covering events ranging from music festivals, street parades, warehouse parties, block parties, open airs and after parties. The position will also play a vital role in the development and delivery of red Bull owned events within bars, nightclubs, and festivals. **LIVING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE** You will live the Red Bull On Premise culture and Art Of Musketeering spirit at the base of all action displaying a a "can-do" attitude, hands-on mentality and talk about opportunities instead of challenges. You will be an active ambassador for the red bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise network. **MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP OF ON PREMISE EVENT MARKETING** You are responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs. You will own the local strategy for growing red bull availability and activation across the events landscape including contribution to the on premise business plan all whilst keeping track, recording and evaluating results of event activities implemented. You will observe market trends and actively search for new business opportunities in the market. **INCREASE AVAILABILITY & ACTIVATION AT 3RD PARTY EVENTS** You are responsible for mapping and identifying new listing opportunities across the events landscape while maintaining existing partnerships and growing our presence at the event through marketing activations and POS. You will be responsible for allocation and management of POS tools and monitoring their correct placement aswell as train On Premise teams to ensure world class activations. Additionally you will be responsible for developing new marketing activations to further impact the consumer and grow consumption. **EFFECTIVE NETWORK AND INDUSTRY MARKETING** **EXECUTION OF RED BULL OWNED EVENTS** You will leverage the global red bull events portfolio for consumers & industry, Create, develop and deliver local red bull party & socializing events, Identify and deliver on opportunities to utilize red bull event assets from marketing teams (culture, sports), Collaborate with brand marketing to localize red bull party & socializing assets to the market (key creative, pos, social media assets) and to develop impactful consumer activations to support and further increase the impact of our events. **Qualifications**: Minimum of 3 years sales and/or consumer event experience In-depth knowledge of the on premise and event marketing Strong event and festival industry knowledge Existing and strong network within the festival and events industry Excellent planning and project management abilities Strong negotiation skills.
