**CONSTANT Security is currently recruiting for exciting new opportunities with our client in the recreation sector.**

These positions will support the theme park security operations and to provide a safe and secured experience.

**We currently have Permanent & Casual positions at the following location**
- **Prospect**

**All shift times in this location will vary based on seasonal requirements, the season ranges between November - April 2025.**

**Duties include**:

- Customer Service
- Front entry duties
- Unlock/lock ups
- Internal patrols
- Assisting with First Aid
- Crowd control
- Liaising with supervisor’s and team members
- RSA Duties
- Random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures)
- Assist with emergency management
- Completing incidents reports as required
- Control room operation

**We are looking for officers who can demonstrate the following**:

- Ability to recognise and deescalate situations
- High level communication skills
- The ability to deal with patrons in a patient matter
- Customer centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability
- We are also looking for applicants with Supervisory or Team Leader experience._

**Applicants are required to possess the following**:

- NSW Security Officer Licence
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- RSA
- Drivers Licence
- WWCC (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
