**CONSTANT** is one of Australia’s premiere security organisations, with **current** Permanent and Casual vacancies **for suitably qualified, security professionals. We protect some of Australia’s most iconic and diverse entertainment venues - from Theatre shows through to sold out International Acts, and Red-Carpet Events

**The venues are NOT pubs and clubs.**
- These venues run in the afternoon/evenings across 7 days._

**Duties include**:

- Engaging with patrons in a positive and friendly manner
- Front of stage and pitt work
- Crowd control
- Liaising with supervisor’s and team members
- Proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, or Mental Health indicators.
- Random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures)
- Assist with emergency management
- Completing incidents reports as required
- Ability to comply and enforce licensing requirements

**We are looking for officers who can demonstrate the following**:

- Ability to recognise and deescalate situations
- High level communication skills
- The ability to deal with patrons in a patient matter
- Customer centric approach
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability
- We are also looking for applicants with Supervisory or Team Leader experience._

**Applicants are required to possess the following**:

- NSW Security Officer Licence
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR
- RSA
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- WWCC (or willing to obtain)
