**CONSTANT**is actively seeking a **Resident Support Officer**on a casual basis to support a student accommodation in **Camperdown, Sydney**.

Please note, we operate **Monday-Sunday, 5pm-3am.**

The **Resident Support Officer** is responsible for fostering a secure, safe, and inclusive residential environment within student accommodation settings. As a visible and approachable presence on site, this role bridges operational support and community wellbeing; delivering high standards of customer service, ensuring site compliance, and supporting students in moments of need.

**The Role**
- Observe and protect residents, staff, and site property.
- Prevent unauthorised access to restricted areas.
- Proactively support the welfare of residents and visitors.
- Conduct regular community support patrols and ensure shared spaces meet safety and operational standards.
- Provide after-hours support, including emergency and incident response.
- Complete daily shift reports, including incidents, maintenance issues, and operational updates.
- Operate surveillance, alarm, and access control systems.

**What we’re looking for**
- NSW Security License
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- First Aid Certificate and CPR
