You will be working with a community-based organisation. They provide essential services to many Australians with their focus around supporting those in need and making a difference for each of their customers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator or Team Leader to join the Internal Reviews Team.

**Your new role**
Your day-to-day activities would include:

- Resolving complex customer enquiries, providing information and/or referring customers to appropriate government or community services.
- Undertaking review requests, liaising with customers about decisions and the appeals process.
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertaking research and investigation activities and preparing associated reports and correspondence.
- Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback in the Business systems.
- Undertaking evidence-based decision making as per operational guidelines.
- Monitoring and managing caseloads, ensuring internal reviews are completed within set timeframes
- Contributing to quality improvement activities to enhance service delivery practice, processes and systems.

- Ability to coach and mentor staff
- Review data metrics and identify trends
- Complete quality checking
- Ability to deliver training
- Review performance outcomes and identify areas for capability uplift
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to work proficiently and monitor workloads
- Technical capabilities or ability to acquire quickly
- Working with Children Check
