In the role of **_Specialised Banking Manager_**, you will join the**_ Transactional Banking Team_** that’s doubling down on customer obsession and winning together.

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Support bankers across NSW/ACT to grow revenue and customer satisfaction through targeted transactional solutions.
- Deliver exceptional service through meaningful customer connections.
- Educate customers and stakeholders on NAB’s banking products and digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer participation and product usage.
- Maintain compliance by adhering to risk, policy and procedural requirements while supporting innovation.

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Experience in transactional or business banking
- Ability to work independently and manage your own business.
- Strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
- Interest or experience in financial technology and system integration.
- Passion for improving customer outcomes and understanding market trends.
