Due to internal promotion, Brandt is currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator to support our team across Australia and New Zealand.

**_About the role:_**

This position is responsible for being the key administrator for onboarding, induction management and coordination of HR processes. This role will work on key human resource initiatives, business improvement activities and administration procedures.
- Co-ordination of the recruitment approval process workflow
- Co-ordination of the new starter / onboarding process including undertaking pre-employment checks and ensuring workflow is accurate and timely for all Brandt departments e.g., Payroll, Finance, IT, Safety and Managers
- Management of the human resources inbox workflow
- Updating of human resource procedures, standard templates, tracking spreadsheets and checklists
- Manage Human Resources intranet and SharePoint content to ensure up to date information is available for all employees.
- Provide administrative support for the Program Development unit projects.
- Provide administrative support as required for Safety and Training processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Advisors and Recruiters
- General and routine human resource administration tasks including document production, staff announcements and file maintenance.

**_About you:_**
- Substantial experience in an administrative role, within a politically sensitive environment.
- Previous experience in establishing and maintaining office information systems and procedures with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in interpreting complex documentation such as legislation, Awards and/or Agreements.
- Demonstrated experience in providing advice on complex matters in a confidential environment.
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service in a demanding environment.
- Strong administrative skills in order to undertake correspondence, word processing and the maintenance of unit records.
