This is a newly created role. You will work part time 4 days per week but full time hours could be negotiated if required.

The Program Manager provides operational management and will lead the teams through complex sector reform and continue to deliver high-quality innovative practice across 2 Orange Door sites and a Youth Outreach Program. This position is a member of the East Management team and actively participates in strategic planning, shared learnings, implementing reform and quality practice within Anglicare Victoria.

**Duties and responsibilities**:
As Program Manager you will oversees Goulburn Orange Door (Specialist Family Violence and Persons Using Violence specialisms, 2 Team Leaders) and the Embedded Youth Outreach Program delivered from Shepparton Police station (1 Team Leader/Coordinator).

The role will focus on building AV's presence in the Goulburn area, finding solutions to regional challenges and working in partnership with local community organisations and government bodies.

The role also involves promoting strong partnerships with key stakeholders to improve system responses for vulnerable families and community.

This is a growth portfolio that will expand as our services expand in Goulburn area. This may include Care Services and Family Violence services in to the future

**The skills you will use day to day**:

- Experience leading teams in a previous management position.
- Managing The Orange Door, 2 teams of about 11 staff and EYOP, which is about 4-5 staff.
- Understanding complex management structures including matrix structures at TOD.
- Experience working with vulnerable families (in any context).
- A desire to bring new ideas to the table.
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and discuss complex cases.
- Strong leadership skills.
- In depth understanding of family systems.
- In depth knowledge of theory relating to trauma, abuse and neglect.
- Ability to manage program budgets and provide complex updates on targets and reporting.
