Family Violence Counsellors

Online group program for individuals who have used violence & support for affected family members - Fully remote or based at Box Hill|Intake and group counselling - Promoting accountability|fostering empathy|reduce immediate risk **The new program**: Pathways to Change (PTC) is an innovative 8-week online group program designed for individuals who have used violence in their intimate relationships. The program focuses on promoting accountability, fostering empathy, and equipping participants with practical tools to build healthier, non-violent relationships. Respondents are court ordered to attend counselling sessions which includes an intake session, 6 group counselling sessions and a safety and support session on exit. **Your role**: Our referrals come from the courts. You will set up intake and assessment sessions (4-5 per week) and then provide group counselling for approximately 10 participants online, 90 minute sessions (4-5 per week). Working hours are 11am-7:30pm. Flexible days and hours available from 0.6 to full time. You can work from home but we also have an office in Box Hill if that works better for you.
