Choice Health & Wellbeing Group (CHWG) has an exciting opportunity for Support Workers to join our team. This role may be working Part-Time or Casual

We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers for casual shifts, in Perth metropolitan. Your primary responsibility will be to support **participants** living with a disability in their private homes or supported accommodations. This may involve manual handling, community access, transportation, personal care and companionship. This role is perfect for someone with a **person-centred** approach, who is energetic and excited to **make a difference** in people’s lives and is **passionate **about the work they do.

To be successful you must have:

- A **relevant qualification **in Disability or Aged Care or Individual Support with experience in the industry
- Willing to drive the client
- Have a current Australian Driver’s license and if own a vehicle, should have a comprehensive car insurance
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a **Working with Children’s Check **for employment purposes.
- Must be willing to provide or obtain a **NDIS worker screening check**:

- Have a current or be willing to obtain a **First Aid **(HLTAID003 or HLTAID004) and **CPR **(HLTAID001) certificate.
- Have a **National Police Check** clearance less than 6 months old or willing to obtain

**Salary**: $28.95 - $36.00 per hour
