**About the Business Unit**:
Located across the NWMA are fourteen non-custodial locations in the Melbourne CBD, Broadmeadows, Coolaroo, Reservoir, South Morang, Melton, Sunshine, Werribee, Derrimut, Laverton, Tullamarine and Thomastown, plus the Neighbourhood Justice Centre in Collingwood, and the Court Services Unit at the Melbourne Magistrates Court. There are four youth justice office locations in Broadmeadows, Reservoir, Werribee and Sunshine. There are three maximum security prisons - Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, Melbourne Assessment Prison and the Metropolitan Remand Centre, as well as the minimum-security Judy Lazarus Transition Centre.

**About the Role**:
The Justice Officer role is to deliver friendly, efficient customer service to clients of the Department of Justice and Community Safety who report to CCS Broadmeadows. As part of the role you will also consistent, timely and accurate administrative support to regional locations and staff.

Some of your duties will include:

- Providing reception and telephone responses for the location.

**About You**:
