Join a highly respected, global pharmaceutical company, taking the lead to train and develop their sales force. If you are someone who has pharmaceutical sales coaching and training experience, love sharing knowledge across the full company portfolio and driving learning projects in a collaborative team environment, this could be for you. This is a newly created role, leading the whole L&D function with excellent visibility to the executive leadership team. It is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a excellent organisation.

Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- developing and delivering product and sales training modules
- onboarding new hires and supporting ongoing sales training milestones
- contributing to National Sales conference and cycle meetings
- coaching infield, supporting sales leaders and gaining insights from the field team
- driving learning outcomes
- collaborating with Medical, Marketing and leadership teams

To be considered for this role, you need:

- Qualifications in Science, Nursing or Business preferred
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment or similar
- a track record in delivering effective training, ideally in the pharmaceutical sales industry
- knowledge of adult learning principles
- exposure to learning framework and planning
- additional skills around digital training, soft skills and leadership development preferred

Having recent experience in a pharmaceutical sales or sales management role will be highly regarded. The key to this role is being able to engage and prepare the sales force for effective promotion of their products. Most of all, you will enjoy working in a challenging role where you will engage with a variety of stakeholders who have the patient as the core focus of everything they do.
