Verifact Traffic is highly regarded within the Traffic Management sector, supplying Traffic Control throughout Queensland.

Due to business change, we are requiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will involve working in a team environment and management of the recruitment process for a large number of applicants. Previous experience in a mid to large business is highly desirable, along with a high level of initiative and the ability to get things done.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding of new personnel including, set up of employee records, filing, packing/distributing uniforms, updating records etc;
- Working with payroll to update employee details, complete onboarding and process terminations;
- Maintaining employee records and licencing;
- Provide administrative support to the business.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Experience in a similar role or working toward a tertiary qualification;
- Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Work autonomously and within a team;
- Professional phone manner and ability to deal with difficult phone calls;
- Must be a great organiser and attention to detail is vital to the role; &
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
