- Bluecare is seeking a Regional Residential Onboarding Coordinator who will be responsible for delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for our Residential Personal Carers across our SEQ South region._
- Reporting to the Regional Onboarding Manager, this role will work closely with the Residential Service Managers across the region and be responsible for the coordination, planning and delivery of the Residential Personal Carers onboarding program across the region, ensuring a warm and engaging introduction for new Personal Carers to the organisation.- This role will support leaders by providing job ready Personal Carers ready to hit the ground running, as well as supporting other onboarding activities for other non-volume
- based roles (e.g. nursing, allied health etc) in the Residential space, including but not limited pre-employment compliance and recruitment and onboarding administrative support.- This role will also support leaders with ensuring their service is set up for success to support the centralised onboarding program by:
- Facilitating the Residential PC onboarding session (Day 1 and 2) ensuring an engaging and positive employee experience for new starters across the region.
- Work with Residential Service Managers and L&D to coordinate required training sessions for the region, including but not limited to ‘New employee buddy coaching’.
- Provide continued education and training on onboarding process and any future iterations to Residential key stakeholders, as required.
- Collect and monitor survey data in relation to new employee onboarding experience, escalating concerns to relevant stakeholders as required.
**What you’ll need**
- You’ll understand the onboarding lifecycle, with experience and knowledge on creating a smooth and efficient experience for both hiring managers and new staff members. You’ll present with:
- Experience in facilitating learning and training
- Demonstrated successful collaboration/stakeholder management in a multi-disciplinary team
- The ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet numerous deadlines in a high-volume environment, and
- experience working in the Aged Care Sector will be advantageous
