We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Adelaide-based team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven professional passionate about improving procurement, logistics, and inventory processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
**Your Role**
Reporting to the CEO and working alongside internal teams and suppliers, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of our supply chain operations—from procurement through production and distribution.
**Key Responsibilities**
Analyse supply chain and logistics data to uncover opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
Support procurement and production scheduling to ensure timely order fulfilment and mínimal material shortages.
Maintain and improve inventory tracking and reporting systems for better decision-making and forecasting.
Coordinate with packaging suppliers and logistics providers to optimise shipping and delivery timelines.
Manage route activity including invoicing, electronic bills, shipment tracking, and transport documentation.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on inventory levels, production flow, and vendor performance.
Assist in ERP and digital tool implementations and upgrades (e.g., Xero, Excel dashboards).
Ensure compliance with Australian regulatory and logistics standards.
Collaborate with international and local stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives.
**What You’ll Bring**
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA.
Experience across finance, logistics, and or supply chain operations—ideally across Australia with strong international exposure.
Proficiency with ERP systems, Xero, Excel, and inventory control tools.
Proven experience in the implementation and optimisation of digital tools or ERP systems.
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
Communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative team setting.
Full working rights in Australia.
**Nice to Have**
A minimum of one year of experience in the food manufacturing or honey production industry is required.
