As Patties Group enter this next stage of exciting growth there is an opportunity for
**HR Administrator** to join the Patties team.

**_The role_**
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, driven and enthusiastic team player to join our HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager - Corporate, you will provide the back-bone of HR activity in the team. You will be responsible for the following:

- Champion our reward and recognition program
- Coordinate the employee lifecycle from on-boarding, internal transfers to off-boarding for head office and assist our manufacturing sites with this process where required
- Assist with the administration of our Short-Term Incentive Program
- Be the HR teams point of contact for purchase order raising and queries
- Compose internal comms, contracts and employment variation letters
- Assist with the recruitment process where required
- Provide continuous improvement on relevant HR systems and documents
- Assist and coordinate HR projects and activities aligning corporate culture and the company's development
- Assist the Executive Assistance with various event and fundraising coordination
- Perform various ad-hoc duties where required

The role will suit a positive, proactive, highly adaptable and organised person with strong capabilities in prioritising work and meeting deadlines.
- Experience in administration, with experience in HR Administration experience a plus
- Relevant qualifications in HR or similar
- High interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and stakeholder management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Highly adaptable and flexible
- Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
- Strong alignment and fit with our Patties values is essential
