Roles & Responsibilities
- Buyer management, prospecting and administration
- Door knocking
- Letterbox dropping
- Attending photoshoots, staging appointments, building and pest, valuations and pre-settlement inspections
- Conducting open homes and private inspections
- Coordinating client bookings
- Database management and follow-up
- General administration where required
- Demonstrating initiative and looking for a career to develop in, not only a job

**Requirements**:

- Speaking Chinese is ideal however not essential
- High level of self-discipline and self-motivation
- Coachable, trustworthy, honest and willing to learn
- Current QLD Driver’s Licence and suitable vehicle
- Experience in a customer facing industry
- High attention to detail
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or in the process of obtaining one
- Strong communication skills
