A leading Traffic Management Equipment hire company, specializing in providing high-quality traffic management solutions is seeking a standout Hire Coordinator to join them based in Perth.

As a Hire Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing the rental process and ensuring the efficient delivery of traffic management equipment to clients. You will work closely with key customers, suppliers, and internal teams to provide excellent service throughout the hire process. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multitask will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include:

- Handle incoming rental inquiries and provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Coordinate and schedule equipment deliveries and collections, ensuring all relevant details are communicated to key stakeholders.
- Manage the hire process from start to finish, including contract creation, documentation, and invoicing.
- Ensure equipment availability, resolve any issues, and optimize fleet utilization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests for changes or additional equipment.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the hire process.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the equipment rental or construction industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with rental management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach to work, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of traffic management equipment and regulations would be advantageous.
- Forklift license preferred.

Salary goes up to $100,000 + Super + Car.
