**About the Role**

We are seeking a dedicated Transport office Administrator to join our small close knit team to support the day-to-day operations of GKR Transport in our Regency Park office. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, with potential for the occasional extended hours to ensure all trucks are prepared and on the road.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage invoicing for on-forwarders and provide accurate quotes for other depots
- Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Answer incoming calls and liaise directly with clients daily
- Accurately process data entry, check invoicing, and manage consignment notes
- Ensure timely and effective handling of all customer requests

**About You**
- **Must have** a Minimum of 2 years administrative experience **preferably in a warehouse, transport or logistics environment.**:

- Strong communication skills that will allow you to liaise with varied customers.
- A strong proactive customer service approach.
- Reliable, can work independently with mínimal supervision and be part of a team in delivering daily results.
- Experience in bookings and coordination of transport with approved carriers.
- Understanding of operations process in a distribution company.
- Experience using Office 365.
