Northrop Grumman Australia provides the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) with through-life support for its fleet of KC-30A Multi-role Tanker Transport (MRTT) aircraft—a derivative of the Airbus A330-200. The platform is a trusted and proven asset and the program is continually growing in capability and expertise.

**Your Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and influential **Program Manager **to join the leadership team of our KC-30A program to drive our experienced team into its next phase of maturity and performance.

You will play a lead role ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Through-Life Support contract between the Commonwealth of Australia and Northrop Grumman Australia.

As a senior leader within the business, you will be responsible for the management, communication and overall delivery of contracted products and services to the CASG customer. Integrating program service delivery areas and supporting functions to deliver on operational targets and tactical objectives with a focus on customer satisfaction, the role calls for a seasoned and experienced Program Management professional.

**About You**

You will bring a high level of passion and drive for the Aviation and Defence industry along with a dedication to continued personal and professional growth.

With extensive experience in leadership roles across defence programs, you will have a track record of advancing culture of collaboration and continuous improvement and providing innovative and cost-effective solutions for Defence customers.

You will ideally have relevant tertiary qualifications and have led complex projects/programs within the Defence/Aerospace industry.
