**About the Role**
The Uber Eats ANZ Strategy & Planning (S&P) team is a tight-knit, impactful team that has a crucial role across the region's business. We partner closely with senior leadership (both within the region and globally), cross-functional leadership, and our teams on the ground in the market. We nurture strong relationships and build rapport across the region. Our team drives three key verticals: (1)Business Strategy, (2) Strategic Planning, and (3) Organisational Effectiveness. This role will involve projects across all three verticals.
**The impact you'll have**
- Program management of key strategic initiatives
- Business performance reporting and insights
- Conduct business environment research to unlock insights and answer key strategic questions
- Support the strategic planning process as a member of the S&P team to interlock local, regional and global plans in a matrixed cross-functional organisation to align teams with the strategic priorities of the business. This includes working with the organisation on OKR development and goal setting congruent with delivering our intended strategic outcomes
**The experience you'll bring**
- ** Planning and Organisation**:Appropriately prioritising and planning of projects and/or tasks that maximise the benefit for the organisation. Setting up and maintaining systems to appropriately structure and keep track of tasks and projects. Experience in complex cross functional program management, executing strategic initiatives in large global organisations, strategy consulting, human capital consulting or similar roles.
- ** Stakeholder management skills**:A key to success in this role is being able to skilfully influence outcomes and gain support from diverse stakeholders including senior leadership.
- ** Ability to thrive in ambiguity**: There often isn't an existing plan for you to follow, so you need to be comfortable guiding the business on untrodden paths and be able to manage and deliver end-to-end projects autonomously.
- ** Business acumen and critical thinking skills**:You'll need to be able to use data and think creatively to identify the highest value priorities and develop a strategy to pursue them. You will need to be comfortable thinking about the big picture strategy but also getting hands-on with your hands dirty in the detail.
