We are looking for an exceptional Systems or Senior Systems Engineer to grow our hardware team that will define and build the Mondernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare hardware.

As a Systems or Senior Systems Engineer in the MMEW Hardware Team. You will join the experienced delivery team working:

• On the development, deployment and support of a Modernisation of Maritime Electronic Warfare System to the ADF consisting of complex hardware and software solutions.

• As a member of a multi-disciplinary team of highly skilled professionals.

• Based at our cutting-edge Centre for Joint Integration in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent)

• Demonstrable Design Definition, Design Development, Integration and Verification experience in one or more of the following engineering fields: Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical.

• High level of computer literacy coupled with strong Microsoft Office application skills.

• Excellent written and oral communications skills essential.

• Use and application of technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

• Previous exposure to Defence Systems Engineering processes and tools desirable (e.g. DOORS).

• Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering, including the use of modelling tools (e.g. Cameo) is highly desirable

• Ability to take a leading role in the team is highly desirable

• Experience in a Defence related industry is highly desirable

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Australian Government (Defence) Security Clearance up to NV -1 - eligibility can be found at
