The successful applicant will be given the opportunity to treat the department as if it were their own business. They will be given the training and resources required to assist the Service Deli Manager with the day-to-day operations of the department.

**Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate**:

- Fresh food retail knowledge is desired, but not essential
- Capable of leading and managing team members
- Ability to create rosters
