We’re _With A Little Care_, a close-knit disability support service proudly operating across South East Queensland - and we’re on the lookout for a new team member to join our growing family.

We’re seeking a **female support worker** to assist a **young primary school-aged participant** in **Samford** on **Tuesday afternoons** (3-4 hour shifts after school, with potential to increase with this participant + more).

You’ll be supporting the participant **alongside Mum**, assisting with the **evening routine**, **homework/worksheets**, and offering an extra set of hands with her **younger brother** as part of the family’s daily flow.

This is a meaningful role for someone who enjoys connecting, supporting, and empowering young people in their home environment.

**About you**:
You’re qualified (Cert III or above)
You’ve got First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Blue Card
You’re easygoing, good with people, and enjoy a laugh
You can think on your feet and stay level-headed
Have experience with children or neurodivergent participants
Are confident assisting with homework and daily routines
Have current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Blue Card, and First Aid
