We’re looking for experienced Sommeliers to help us make magic in our busy venue with a capacity of 130 guests. Whether it’s a la carte service, group bookings, or special events, you’ll play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences.

Who We’re Looking For: We value bubbly personalities, passion for Italian cuisine, and a love for community. If you have experience in the industry and are ready to share your charisma and warmth with our guests, we want to hear from you

Essential Requirements:

- Australian working rights
- Current NSW RSA Certificate
- Fluent in English
- Completed formal wine studies
- At least 1 year of experience as a Wine Waiter
- Food & wine pairing experience
- Ability to keep cool under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- Impeccable grooming standards

Preferred Requirements:

- Minimum WSET Level 2 or equivalent
- Bonus points for speaking Italian

Your Role Will Include:

- Crafting delightful food & wine pairings for our guests
- Ongoing drinks service and supporting section waiters
- Assisting with clearing and replacing glassware
