**Our Technical Team**:
Our leading Australian heavy duty diagnostics team are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our growing team, in an entry-level tech support role. A terrific opportunity for someone who’s passionate about automotive, and eager to gain hands-on experience, grow their skillset, and be part of a company where no two days are the same.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- A recent graduate or student in IT, Electrical, Automotive, or a related technical field
- Someone confident, speaking and writing in fluent English
- Curious and proactive, you enjoy researching and learning about new systems
- Comfortable engaging with people whether it's answering the phone or supporting a customer
- Flexibility is key in a small team - pitch in with different tasks as they come up.
- Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment with a mix of hands-on and computer-based tasks

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing support for automotive diagnostic tool queries (training will be provided)
- Assisting with technical documentation, vehicle research / testing, and warranty processing.
- Taking calls, managing simple admin tasks, and helping with internal process improvements
- Supporting the team with varied day-to-day activities

We offer an above market salary for applicants with the right skillset. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Scoresby, VIC 3179: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Work Location: In person
