**Hey You**

As a **Cafe Assistant,** you will be part in all facets of the cafe operation, including basic food preparation, serving, cleaning and cash register operations. We will guarantee that the food is tasty and our coffee is some of the best in Geelong, we also have the friendliest team

We require someone that can work daily to support the trading hours that range from 6:30am -3pm (Monday - Friday)

You will be working as part of the genU Business Enterprises division who provide supported employment for people living with a disability. We are requiring someone with strong hospitality experience, we offer training in our ways of working and set you up for success. You can hit the ground running and be confident in all areas of front of house.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices;
- Efficient worker who can work well in a busy environment;
- High level communication skills;
- Ability to work well within a team environment and alongside people of all abilities;
**You will need the following checks**:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You' Certificate of Completion or willingness to obtain;
