The Gordon is seeking a proactive and professional individual to join us as a** Team Assistant - Nursing & Sterilisation.**

If you have a passion for customer service, industry liaison, and operational support in all aspects of the student journey, we would like to hear from you.

**Skills & attributes for success in this role**
- Certificate IV in Business Administration and/or equivalent in a business related discipline and/or demonstrated competence through relevant experience
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, with excellent time management and organisational skills and the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines in a demanding environment.
- Sound understanding of the principles of exceptional customer service. Well-developed interpersonal and problem solving skills, with an ability to take initiative and contribute to process development and improvement.

**Employment opportunity**: Full time, Ongoing (1.00 - 38 hours per week)

**Salary**: $66,452 to $72,236 p.a. plus Superannuation
- Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate_.
