**Remuneration**:genU Business Enterprises EA. Level 3 Starting from 26.54ph to 28ph (qualifications + experience) + 11.5% Super
**Salary Package**: Up to $15,900 per annum each FBT year + meals and entertainment benefits up to $2,649 p.a
**Work Schedule**: Only some Saturdays, NO late nights

**Cafe Supervisor for a good cause**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated **Cafe Supervisor** to support the day-to-day operations of our cafe enterprises including the Eastern Hub. This role provides a unique opportunity to make a positive impact by supporting the professional growth of employees, including those with support needs. The position offers flexible working arrangements, allowing you to work with a team committed to quality service and community inclusion.

You will also use your skills and experience to support our support workers currently working with us - helping them enhancing their skills and confidence through training and mentorship.

**Working hours**:
We have 2 shifts for you to choose: Tuesday to Saturday from 07:00am to 01:00pm OR 09:00am to 03:00pm

**Some your key responsibilities**:

- Support the cafe running smoothly each day, making sure every customer has a great experience
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to our cafe staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety standards.
