We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our dynamic Gladesville team. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and excited about helping people have a blast, this could be the perfect fit for you.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Greet, assist, and induct customers to our rooms with enthusiasm.
- Manage bookings, handle customer inquiries, and ensure everyone has a great experience
- Promote our unique services and engage customers in exciting promotional activities
- Conduct safety inductions, maintain a clean environment, and set up rooms
- Keep stock, materials, and equipment organized for smooth operations

**What We’re Looking For**:

- High energy and a passion for customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A strong commitment to safety and creating memorable experiences
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a flexible approach
- Physical fitness and ability to lift 10-20kg items

A Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate (preferred but not essential).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
