Cranfield Group is representing a global manufacturing organisation who will be building a large industrial warehouse/complex in western Sydney and is looking for an experience Supervisor or Superintendent to join their team

This is a client side, site based, 18 month project which will directly report into the Construction Manager and will focus on civil and structures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to ensure project objectives are met
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Monitor construction progress, identifying and resolving any issues
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Construction Manager on project status, milestones, and risks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and regulations
- Demonstrated experience in civil, land development and structures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety
