**About the role**

In this role, you will support our teams by being the first point of contact and sorting incoming calls, ensuring they are transferred to the right person. As well as administrative tasks associated with managing these calls and our database needs to be maintained to 100% accuracy at all time. You will be able to leverage your time management skills to ensure that tasks are completed to the delivery requirements.
