Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as an Entry Level Claims Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to take customer service & admin skills to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in an administrative role, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to plan and prioritize, high level of computer competency, and insurance and/or building industry experience (desired). Key activities include processing new allocations into Bay Building systems, providing administrative support to our estimating team, scheduling appointments across NSW, submission of quotes & reports via client portals/systems, and answering inbound phone calls from insurers, customers and trades.
