**Role Summary**

Experienced Gardens, Grounds Crew Members Needed

Key Requirements:

- Must hold a valid driver’s license.
- Confident in driving and reversing while towing a trailer.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of work.
- Must be able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- This work at times is a physically demanding role, requiring some fitness and endurance.

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing grounds and property maintenance, including but not limited to:

- Working on an established gardens
- Lawn mowing and whipper snipping.
- Hedge and Tree Trimming
- Blowing
- General cleaning
- Planting and maintaining garden beds and pot plants. Fertilising and aerating lawns. Trimming and pruning trees.
- Gardening, Weeding and Pruning
- Minor landscaping, mulching, and rubbish removal and more
- Fit and strong, happy to be out in all weathers.

This role is located at Sunnymeade Park Aged Care Community Caboolture. The role will be hired on a permanent part-time basis and work hours from 07.30- 1500 Mon-Fri

FREE Lunch and morning tea provided.

All Tools and an on-site vehicle are provided as part of the role.

Skills, Attributes and Experience

Key selection criteria includes:

- Possess or willing to obtain an NDIS clearance.
- Possess rights to work in Australia.
- Possess a valid driver’s licence.
