**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive 3-year data strategy in line with the company's commercial objectives.
- Data Management: Uphold data integrity, availability, and confidentiality with robust data governance and quality controls.
- Product Development: Lead the creation of new data products, transforming complex datasets into accessible solutions that drive client value.
- Innovation: Keep pace with industry trends and technological advancements to propose and implement innovative data solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensure seamless integration and communication of data strategies across IT, Sales, and Marketing departments.
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of data professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**Desired Skills and Attributes**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years in data specialist or data engineering roles, preferably within healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Apache Spark, Python, R, Power BI, Snowflake, BigQuery.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
