**The Company**

JK are partnering with a major client in the Health Care industry within the Ballarat region. Our client are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality and Compliance professional to assist them onsite in a part-time position (2 days p/w).

This truly is an opportunity to really make your next position your own with real opportunity to grow and develop your professional skillset whilst leveraging your expertise in Quality, processes and procedures.

**The Role**

This position will see you collaborating with our client’s Leadership team to update and further develop internal policies, procedures and best practices; taking initiative to implement real change within the business, assisting the Quality Manager as required onsite, as well as upholding and following-up progress on a recently implemented Continuous Improvement strategy and solution.

**_Please note_**_ that this role is looking to be a Part-Time opportunitiy (16hrs’ per week) and based in Creswick, 20 mins North of the Ballarat CBD. _

**The ideal candiate for the role will have**:

- Proven previous experience working within the Quality and Administrative fields
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and CHSP compliance requirements.
- The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to coordinate program activity with others.
- The capacity to work with a diverse range of people, including people with disability, ethnic communities, service providers and funding bodies.
- Hold a valid and current licence to drive a motor vehicle, and appropriate to the type of vehicle to be driven.
