Our client is an established & growing health services provider with an impeccable industry reputation. The organisation is growing & looking at new ways to support their team. A pilot project is in the works & a newly created Scheduler role is now on offer.

**This role can be based in the Newcastle or Sydney office or work from home.**

**The Role**:

- Initial 3-month contract, ideally commencing early March
- Full-time hours, 8am-4pm (NSW time) Mon-Fri
- Provide support to a team of 7 Allied Health professionals (in the Newcastle office)
- Book appointments with clients, diary management
- Liaise with the internal administration team in relation to referrals
- Work with your Manager & the Project Team to ensure key objectives & timeframes are achieved
- Provide recommendations to increase efficiencies & performance
- Potential for a permanent position, including longer-term leadership opportunities for the right person

**The Benefits**:

- Salary package of $70-80K + Super, negotiable in line with experience
