The role Reporting to the Director System Planning Branch - Strategic Planning, Health services and Infrastructure, you will oversee and lead the Sustainable Master Planning program which informs early strategic asset planning activities and investment decisions in the health infrastructure asset lifecycle. You will be responsible for identifying strategic and statewide planning gaps to address system issues and priorities. You will also lead and manage consultation processes with internal, external and government stakeholders and support various stakeholders to undertake local planning and/or develop proposals for statewide services. In addition, you will prepare high level briefing documents, submissions, correspondence and reports that draw together qualitative and quantitative information.
The successful personYou will have proven ability to develop and manage a team to achieve defined project outcomes in a large, complex service delivery organization. You will also have demonstrated high level ability to source, critically analyse and interpret research including both qualitative and quantitative information. You will possess high level knowledge of health priority areas; the health needs of key population groups; and key health system issues. In addition, you will have high level analytical and communication skills to successfully liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders.
