**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for 2 x Scrum Masters to join the Chief of Staff team based in Brisbane.

The role of the Scrum Master is a critical leadership role within the Chief of Staff Division. The role is accountable to build a safe environment to nurture and develop team members in Australia Retirement Trust on Agile values, principles and practices. The role is accountable for the flow of work through the portfolio delivery and ensuring agile is understood and enacted. Scrum Masters achieve this by setting the pace for delivery and being proactive in planning and forecasting for upcoming deliverables.

These roles are available as permanent opportunities.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Professional Scrum Master certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org)
- Previous Scrum Master experience
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Business Value Mindset
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Proven communication and influencing skills through engagements with a variety of stakeholders and being curious to new ways of thinking
- Ability to work in a fast paced, flexible environment and comfortable with change
- Exceptional facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills are a must
