**Superintendent Operation Technology**
- Permanent role in the mining industry

A large WA based Mining company is seeking an experienced **Superintendent Operation Technology** for a permanent role with an 8:6 roster on site. The role is primarily responsible for the management of the Operational Technology team and for providing support to mine sites.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Provide leadership and management to site Process Control team
- Management and monitoring of Operational Technologies onsite
- Monitor technical environment of OT including selection and implementation of OT servers, network, OT Cybersecurity, data Systems and PCS
- Ensure that the team on site are following all required safety procedures
- Liaise with a broad range of stakeholder groups and build relationships

**Key experience**:

- Strong demonstrated experience in an Operational technology leadership role
- Previous experience working in the mining or within a heavy industry environment
- Extensive knowledge of various PLC programming and HMI (GE PCM, Cimplity SCADA, RTU and Rockwell, Siemens PLC)
- Expertise with data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI and Tableau)
- Experience with MES system (Proficy Historian, P2 and MineMarket)
- Experience with industrial HMI Previous experience managing infrastructure and desktop support
- The proven ability to manage a team and engage stakeholders of all levels
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Commerce
