**About the Role**:
In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing sales and property management operations, identifying and capturing new business opportunities, and leading a talented and dedicated team across the Riverland. You’ll work closely with our directors and support staff to strengthen our presence and performance throughout the region.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and support real estate agents and property managers across multiple locations
- Identify and secure new listings, property managements, and business partnerships
- Build on BH Partners’ strong community connections through local engagement and networking
- Implement growth strategies, team training, and performance development
- Conduct market analysis and monitor KPIs, budgets, and targets
- Ensure best practice compliance and uphold our brand values of honesty, service, and results

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in real estate or business development preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, driven and positive approach to achieving results
- Nurturing leadership style that assists the team to thrive
- Current Real Estate Licence preferred
- Valid driver's licence

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:
