A rare opportunity isavailable for an experienced leader to join our team. We are looking for someone to lead our Transition to Work ( TtW) program. TtW is an Australian Government initiative to assist young people aged 15-24 into work or education, including apprenticeships and training. We want someone whothrives in a high performing and results orientated environment that isgenuinely committed to our purpose of “changing lives, building strongercommunities”.

This is a pivotal rolecoaching, developing and leading your team to success. With the ability tobuild strong relationships you will also partner with local employers with theaim ofplacing our clients into sustainable employment.

This exciting role hasoversight of the delivery of Transition to Work in locations across SA including Berri, Renmark, Loxton, Mount Gambier and Murray Bridge.Travel regularlytoprovide face to face support, advice, and guidance to your team.

Duties

- Cultivate a motivated andeffective team across multiple sites

- Assess local employer needs andbuild strategies to get our job seekers into jobs

- Monitor, analyze and drive bothteam and individual performance

- Manage people from recruitmentonwards

- Multi-task, stay organized andmaintain accurate records

While employmentservices experience is notrequired,you’ll need a strong trackrecord in successfully managing a diverse team to maximize performance.
