**The Role**:female Support Worker (genuine requirement for personal care) to support a female participant with high physical and complex behavioural needs, including personal care and physical support.

Seeking experienced Support Workers to assist NDIS participants with high physical and complex behavioural needs. We are currently seeking a female support worker to assist a female participant who requires personal care and physical support. If you're confident, compassionate, and ready for meaningful work, we want to hear from you.

**What You’ll Do**
- Support clients with psychosocial disabilities, ASD, OCD, and intellectual disabilities
- Implement Behaviour Support Plans and work within restrictive practice guidelines
- Assist with daily living, personal care, and active community participation
- Adapt support approaches to suit client needs in home and out in the community

**About You**
- Proven experience in high and complex support
- Calm, trauma-informed, and confident in challenging situations
- Comfortable with personal care and physical support tasks
- Flexible and available for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Reliable with strong communication and rapport-building skills

**Shift Times**

Morning shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm

Afternoon shift: 4:00pm - 9:00pm

(Some flexibility available around shift times)

**Requirements**:

- Cert III or IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
- NDIS Worker Check, Police Check (6 months), WWVP
- Current First Aid & CPR

**Job Type**: Casual
