Primo Care Disability Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker with a focus on mentoring, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to achieve their goals and lead fulfilling lives. This position requires a strong commitment to person-centered care and the ability to build trusting relationships.

Requirements: drivers license and a car, police check, and working with vulnerable people check.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Vulnerable People Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
