**Job Description**:
This role is accountable for the effective centralised management and maintenance of TAL’s various Distribution Agreements, databases, and associated functions including clients’ and Dealerships’ requests on servicing and distributors portfolio matters.

In this role you will:

- Be responsible for the maintenance and updates of TAL’s Distribution agreements and schedules.
- Be accountable for the final approval of agreements and other relevant internal and legislative documentation for the appointment of new distributors.
- Verify appointees leading to set up/approval of new appointments for Licensees, Authorised Representatives in line with AFSRA and TAL’s policies.
- Manage all Distributors functions in regard to categories and movements - pre/post FSR. (e.g. change of company, panel allocation, profiles, principals, etc).
- Terminate distributors as authorised and manage ongoing records to meet TAL’s legal and administrative requirements.

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role you will have,
- Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline.
- The ability to work well, communicate and negotiate optimal business outcomes with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to recognise, analyse and solve problems.
