Due to an increase in projects and internal promotion, we are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the Sydney Team. You don't need previous recruitment experience, just the right attitude to learn and grow within the recruitment industry.

**Recruitment and Selection**:

- Performing reference checks/Police Checks

**Experience required**:

- Customer service background either phone based or face to face
- A recruitment background (any industry) would be an advantage but not essential
- Experience with JobAdder &/or SAP desirable (but not essential)
- High level communication skills, both verbal and written. Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to people.
- An outgoing personality coupled with the passion for dealing with people.
