This well respected and trustworthy business has quickly become one of the main suppliers of high-end, architectural hardware, securing specifications for projects throughout Australia.
They are well known as the leading independent supplier of Buster + Punch products, with a growing reputation for their wider collections for which they have exclusivity.
Their design solutions, expert advice and beautifully crafted products, are heavily sought after by leading architects & design practices for use on various commercial & residential projects.
**ROLE**
As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for developing sales from showroom and online enquiries, and supporting project specifications all the way through to delivery.
- Handling initial customer enquiries generated both online and in the showroom.
- Preparing quotations, following up through all stages of the sales pipeline to secue sales.
- Proactively engage with architects, builders, contractors & subcontractors
- Meet and greet architects & designers in the showroom to provide advice on product selection
- Identifying who has been awarded the tender and provide quotes for tenders
- Identify and generate new business leads to support the sales team
- Processing customer orders, sending invoicing and chasing payments
- Coordinate with the sales & manufacturing teams to ensure products supplied on time
- Maintain the highest levels of customer service at all times, throughout the sales journey and post-sale.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Previous experience in a Sales Co-ordinator role or similar, within a commercial interior's product would be desired
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A 'can-do' attitude with strong willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail, with strong multitasking and organisational skills.
