Talent Focus is recruiting for a Sales Coordinator, with a Global supply company based in Western Sydney.
- **Blacktown location**:

- **Permanent Full-time (flexible start/finish times)**:

- **Up to 75k + 12.5% Super**:

- **Starting ASAP.**

Our client is looking to expand their team with the addition of an experienced Sales Coordinator for their Western Sydney office.

You will be rewarded a competitive salary, flexible working hours where you are supported and not micromanaged. Working in a relaxed office environment, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Admin Manager and play an integral part in supporting the business by overseeing all sales administrative tasks.

**The Role**:

- Administration of all sales and customer activities and manage CRM.
- Provide and prioritize on time quotes to clients.
- Process receipt of customer purchase order
- Create and manage Job Costing for projects.
- Customer service and after sales support.
- Work closely with Order Management to ensure on time order placement to factories and suppliers.

**About you**:

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- 3 years Sales Coordinator/ Administration experience.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Experience in ERP and CRM systems.
- Cert III in Administration (desired)

This role is on-site with parking available.
