**What you’ll be doing**:
The Digital Tagging & Implementation Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping exceptional online experiences for Virgin Australia customers by driving advanced digital analytics and tracking solutions. This dynamic position involves crafting and maintaining best-in-class tagging strategies, mastering coding best practices, and implementing sophisticated tracking systems across our digital platforms and direct sales channels. By ensuring seamless integration with marketing technologies and delivering accurate digital insights, this role empowers the business to elevate its customer experience and optimise its online presence.

**You’ll be great in this role if you**:

- Come with 5+ years of Digital Analytics and Tagging implementation experience working across client and/or agency side
- Have experience implementing 3rd party media/marketing tags via Tag Managers
- Are confident with designing & creating Data Layer requirements and specifications for implementation
- Experience in architecting how Marketing Technologies integrate with each other to enable optimisation & personalisation
- Enjoy deriving, documenting & conveying to stakeholders (non-technical/analytics) tagging & analytics tracking solutions
- Have a strong understanding of the current MarTech landscape and associated tools, platforms, and practices
- Understanding of Data Layer concepts & architecture, especially how it applies to tagging & tracking needs
- Understanding of experimentation, personalisation concepts & principles to creating engaging experiences
- Have experience in Tealium CDH (Tealium iQ, Tealium CDP) - desirable
- Know Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Target, Tags/Launch, AEP) - desirable
- Can work with optimisation platforms (eg. Adobe Target) within CRO programmes - desirable
- Understand and have experience in tagging & analytics specific to ecommerce clients - desirable
